This position supervises and provides technical direction to a team of engineers and technical resources responsible for the design of overhead and underground distribution lines using RUS standards. Supervision includes, but is not limited to, work assignment and management, technical mentoring, technical review and approval of work products, employee training and development, and performance management. Ensures compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Corporate standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures. Serves as the organizational expert for engineering design.
