Our story begins with a deep desire to honor my husband, the life and legacy of Calvin Jackson Sr. — a beloved former Miami Dolphin and proud Auburn University alum (War Eagle!), who passed away in 2021.
After retiring from the NFL, Calvin discovered a new passion in the kitchen. Whether it was family cookouts or quiet dinners, he brought people together with meals crafted straight from the heart.
Inspired by his spirit, we founded Calvin’s BBQ to carry on his love for authentic Southern cooking and his unwavering commitment to community, comfort, and connection.
We are a veteran owned and operated food truck. We're a Full Service Corporate, Wedding & Special event catering company located just north of Atlanta.
